Title: Accounting Manager
Compensation: $110k-$140k bonus
Purpose Of Your Position:
This role will serve as a key member of the accounting team and partner closely with finance leadership to improve the overall accounting function. The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen controls, support reporting accuracy, and help modernize processes as the business continues to scale.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors and advisors
• Assist with ERP implementation and broader finance systems enhancements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and create efficiencies across the accounting function
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience within inventory-based, product-oriented, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other related industries
• Experience supporting process improvements, systems enhancements, or accounting transformation initiatives
• ERP experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
