Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and account analysis to ensure precise recording of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, or Quickbooks online
- Enter payroll using systems like Paychex while ensuring compliance with payroll management standards
- Assist with LCP Tracker management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently to ensure timely entering of invoices
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing) and attention to detail for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills combined with a solid foundation in financial services principles
