About the Role
In this role you will own the full sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new business customers within the SMB and mid-market segments. You will identify prospects, understand both technical and business challenges, and position the company’s AI-powered service management platform as a solution. The role requires strong engagement with IT stakeholders and decision-makers, as well as the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory, including building a target prospect list and regional plan
- Identify customer needs and understand both technical and business challenges
- Deliver clear and engaging product presentations tailored to customer use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to progress opportunities and close deals
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS / B2B software sales as an Account Executive
- Experience managing full sales cycle (prospecting to closing) in fast-paced environments
- Experience closing deals within 60–120 day sales cycles
- Experience working with sales tools (Salesforce / Salesloft / Gong / ZoomInfo or similar)
- Experience selling to technical stakeholders, preferably IT teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills across phone, virtual, and in-person settings
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement and senior decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
