Customer Service Representative

Our customer supports large-scale supply chain operations, offering stability, growth opportunities, and a collaborative work culture. In this role, you will support daily operations by handling inbound sales calls, managing customer inquiries, maintaining rental inventory levels, and coordinating across multiple departments. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide an excellent customer experience by resolving concerns, issues, and inquiries professionally
- Handle inbound sales calls and perform outbound outreach to increase rental sales and support new customer acquisition
- Coordinate rental truck inventory levels with Operations and Asset Management to meet customer demand
- Support workflow management through effective scheduling, planning, and document maintenance
- Generate purchase and repair orders and assist with parts management to support cost control
Schedule: 8:00 am -4:30pm
Pay: $18.00
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships at all levels
