Commercial Roof Supervisor

Roofing Supervisor to Manage Crews, Inspect sites for safety and quality, investigate leaks, Perform Daily Reports. Must be self reliant and driven, must have a minimum 5 year experience, must drive. knowledge of NYC Flat roofing a must, Must have worked with all Major roof Manufacturers from SBS, Liquid and Single Ply Systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Utilize construction management software (such as ProCore, Primavera, or HeavyBid) to track progress and communicate with stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA)
- Review and interpret project plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Monitor and manage subcontractor performance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as ProCore, Primavera, or HeavyBid)
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
