What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roof Repair Manager position at Confidential Roofing Company?
We are Seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Repair Manager to manage roofing, waterproofing, façade, and general repair projects.
Responsibilities:
- Visit Site and Investigate Existing Roof Conditions and Determine Scope.
- Schedule and coordinate repair crews.
- Review service calls and job scopes.
- Visit job sites and troubleshoot repairs.
- Communicate with clients and building management.
- Track labor, materials, photos, and completed work.
- Prepare repair proposals and follow up on open work.
Requirements:
- Strong Commecial roofing repair experience.
- Strong communication and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Able to Climb and Carry Ladders.
This person must be driven self motivated and wanting the ability to grow personally and proffesionally. Roofing Experience in NYC is a must DO NOT Apply if you dont have a minimum of 5 Years of Work Experience in Commercial Roofing.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,800.00 per year
