Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Regional Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. This positions pays between $120,000 and $130,000, DOE, plus bonus potential.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support a region of properties
- Mentor and coach on-site team members
- Maintain high occupancy
- Prepare reports
- Manage annual operating budgets for your region
- Vendor management
- Oversee capital improvement projects
Requirements:
- Must be a strong leader, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have at least five years of experience as a Property Manager in the Multifamily industry.
- Must have at least two years of experience as an Area or Regional Manager in the Multifamily industry.
- Experience with Entrata preferred.
- High School education or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CPM, CAM or other professional certification preferred.
