The position pays $22 to $26 per hour, BOE, with opportunities for bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with shared on-call responsibilities.
Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests.
Must have at least one year of maintenance technician experience.
CPO preferred.
High School education or equivalent required.
