The Opportunity
This is a high-impact growth leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, transformation-focused environments. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo—we are seeking a builder who can identify what’s not working, create structure where needed, and drive scalable, compounding revenue growth.
You will own the core revenue engine, including sales and client expansion, with marketing leadership as an added advantage. You will report directly to the CEO and operate as a key member of the executive leadership team.
What You’ll Own
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
- Own the full pipeline from awareness through closed revenue, with accountability for revenue growth targets
- Define and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy aligned to a services-to-SaaS evolution
- Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline with strong conversion and velocity
- Partner with executive leadership on growth targets and performance tracking
Sales Leadership
- Lead and develop the sales team with clear structure, process, and cadence
- Implement or refine CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
- Drive new logo acquisition through a repeatable, data-informed sales motion
- Define ICP, territory strategy, and competitive positioning
Client Expansion
- Own expansion revenue including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals in partnership with Client Success
- Develop account-based strategies to grow existing customer relationships
- Translate customer insights into go-to-market and product feedback loops
- Drive adoption of platform solutions across the customer base
Marketing Leadership (Nice to Have)
- Provide strategic input into demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market alignment
- Collaborate on or support marketing initiatives including digital, content, events, and PR
- Help guide scalable programs that generate qualified pipeline and improve CAC efficiency
- Support performance tracking and attribution where applicable
Organizational Leadership
- Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing growth team across revenue functions
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Represent the organization externally as a leader in B2B growth and platform innovation
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5 years in growth, revenue, or commercial leadership roles (or equivalent senior ownership experience)
- Proven success in a B2B SaaS or technology-enabled environment
- Experience owning sales performance and driving revenue outcomes
- Strong track record of improving or rebuilding growth functions or processes
- Experience across both sales and marketing is a plus, but not required
- Background in services-to-SaaS or platform transformation environments is highly preferred

Salary : $175,000 - $195,000
