This Plant Controller role supports two manufacturing sites and serves as a key finance business partner to operations and leadership. The position blends hands-on accounting with commercial and operational finance, driving cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with operations on manufacturing performance, cost drivers, and productivity
- Own plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing
- Deliver insights on inventory, PPV, scrap, capital spending, and NWC
- Maintain a strong control environment and compliance mindset
- Improve processes, reporting, and ERP utilization
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of manufacturing finance / plant accounting experience
- Strong cost accounting and variance analysis background
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar)
- CPA / CMA / MBA a plus
