Talent Acquisition Specialist | Security Industry
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple markets within the security industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle.
This is a hands-on position with visibility across operations, offering the opportunity to directly impact hiring outcomes, employee engagement, and overall workforce success. Travel is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding for hourly security roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with field leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce demands
- Utilize job boards, social media, and recruiting tools to attract top talent
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Support onboarding and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance and onboarding accuracy
- Engage with employees post-hire to drive retention and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
- Stable work history with consistent performance
- Willingness to travel as needed
