Position Summary
The Store Manager will lead all aspects of boutique operations while driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, a passion for developing teams, and experience in a luxury retail environment.
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing sales team in partnership with HR.
- Set monthly individual sales targets and drive results through coaching and performance management.
- Lead by example with an active presence on the sales floor.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Address performance and behavioral matters in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and cultivate a culture of accountability and growth.
- Lead and execute annual inventory processes.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and client development.
- Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment (luxury experience strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
