Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in an on-site role in the Fullerton, CA area. This position will provide essential support to one of our lead trial attorneys in preparing for trials. Responsibilities include drafting motions and court filings, preparing jury instructions, tracking and ensuring adherence to trial deadlines, and handling dictation. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient trial preparation.
Qualifications
- 5 years of civil litigation experience, including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, and trial preparation
- Prior experience in personal injury law
- Proficient in legal calendaring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
