Senior Accountant | Greensboro, NC Area | Manufacturing Environment
We’re partnering with a well-established organization in the Greensboro area seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This is a highly visible role supporting leadership with financial reporting, month-end close, analysis, budgeting, and oversight of AP/AR functions.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day accounting operations while also helping drive process improvements and financial accuracy across the business.
Responsibilities:
• Month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee AP/AR processes and collections activity
• Assist with audits, inventory, and internal controls
• Analyze financial data and provide reporting to leadership
• Work closely with operations and department managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• ERP experience required (SAP, Sage, Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience with GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
