The Business Analyst with Executive Support responsibilities. This position blends analytical and administrative responsibilities, offering exposure to cross-functional projects, executive operations, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Support executive leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and communication follow-up.
- Assist in prioritizing executive requests and ensuring timely handling of urgent and sensitive matters.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational, financial, and business performance data.
- Create dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
- Assist with identifying business trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Maintain and improve documentation, reporting standards, and administrative workflows.
- Conduct research and compile information for executive briefings and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with Excel functions such as pivot tables, formulas, and reporting preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Concur, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prior internship, administrative, project coordination, or executive support experience is preferred but not required.
