Responsibilities:
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, email marketing initiatives, and social media content
• Create and maintain marketing materials, promotional assets, and branded communications
• Monitor social media engagement and provide reporting on performance metrics
• Support customer database and lead management efforts
• Assist with company events, customer visits, and trade show coordination
• Track event and trade show expenses
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications
• Provide calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and executive support for senior leadership
• Coordinate meeting materials and logistics
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support special projects and additional business initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred (Illustrator and Premiere strongly valued)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects
