**Summary:**
The IT Help Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and optimization of our on-premises technology environment. This position involves overseeing a wide range of systems, including local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, hardware provisioning, end-user devices, printers, handheld communication devices, security systems, and all other network-connected peripherals. The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining the stability and integrity of essential voice, data, and video services across all company locations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive training to end users and deliver timely technical support for various physical infrastructure systems.
- Monitor compliance with internal company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure that operational practices align with industry benchmarks.
- Maintain proactive communication with IT leadership and management, promptly addressing any emerging issues or necessary changes.
