We’re looking for a General Ledger Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations and develop a high-performing team. This role owns the integrity of the general ledger, drives the month-end close process, and partners across the business to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. What You’ll Do
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and review procedures
- Manage the Fixed Assets function, including close, reporting, and controls
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, including SOX compliance
- Partner with auditors to support financial statement and SOX audits
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead teams through change and drive accountability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Nice to Have
- CPA
- MBA or Master’s in Accounting
- Experience with external audits or public accounting background
- Experience with M&A integration or high-growth environments

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
