Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations, including sales, client relations, merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring an elevated in-store experience.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to ensure productivity, professionalism, and alignment with brand values.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure all product displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and loss prevention initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on accountability and results.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably within a luxury or contemporary apparel environment.
