RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage CRM pipeline and prospect/client records.
- Conduct client qualification and onboarding meetings: present services, set expectations, secure engagements, and transition clients to delivery teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end client engagement process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of sales experience; professional services experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
