DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Engagement Lead to join a professional services organization. This role is pivotal in driving client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by developing and implementing strategic sales and engagement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within professional services, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client relationship management. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with service teams to tailor offerings to client needs.

This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, client feedback, and continuous improvement of engagement strategies. It offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth while working in a collaborative and professional environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage CRM pipeline and prospect/client records.
  • Conduct client qualification and onboarding meetings: present services, set expectations, secure engagements, and transition clients to delivery teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end client engagement process.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience; professional services experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing professional services environment.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Full-time, exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay).

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
