Responsibilities:
- Manage daily banking center operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service professionals to meet or exceed sales and referral goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Drive new business through community involvement, outreach initiatives, and on-site visits with local businesses.
- Handle supervisory functions, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance evaluations, approving transactions, and timecard review.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and performance-driven team culture while modeling expected behaviors and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, security procedures, and Personal Banking policies.
- Oversee completion of new hire onboarding and required regulatory training.
- Ensure branch security protocols are followed during opening and closing procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior banking center or branch management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and sales practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and referral goals.
- Ability to address conflict and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Notary Public or willingness to obtain one at the bank’s expense.
- Availability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
