Automotive Sales Management Experience Required

Responsibilities - General Sales Manager:
- Lead and oversee all variable operations, including New and Used Vehicle Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to drive volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales management team and front-line staff
- Partner closely with the General Manager to meet and exceed dealership goals
- Maintain high standards of process execution, accountability, and ethical practices
- Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturer partners on sales initiatives and performance
- Monitor key metrics daily to ensure the department is on track and hitting benchmarks
Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous GSM, Sales Manager, or Variable Operations leadership experience at a high-volume franchised dealership required- Proven success in increasing sales, CSI scores, and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Process-driven, data-minded, and results-oriented
- Ability to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
