We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in an organized, relationship-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients move forward with treatment while also supporting the daily flow of the front office. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, confident discussing treatment and finances, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a collaborative team setting.

Treatment Coordination
- Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
- Help patients understand recommended care and schedule next steps
- Coordinate larger cases and follow up with unscheduled treatment
- Assist patients with insurance and financing options
- Support case acceptance through clear communication and patient education
Front Office Support
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments and review account balances
- Support insurance verification and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized patient records and scheduling flow
Practice Support
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support systems that improve efficiency and organization in the practice
- Help create a welcoming and professional patient experience
