ASSOCIATE, PRIVATE EQUITY VALUE CREATION
Private Equity Fund seeking to add an Associate to join the Value Creation Group. This is a career-track opportunity in a growing and highly dynamic team. The Value Creation Associate will play a critical role within the firm’s Portfolio Operations team, supporting digital and technology transformation initiatives across portfolio companies. This individual will partner closely with deal teams, management teams, and third-party advisors to identify, prioritize, and execute value creation levers that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and improve enterprise value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, data analytics enablement, and process optimization that drive margin expansion.
- Portfolio Support: Partner with management teams to implement digital and IT initiatives, track KPIs, and measure value realization.
- Digital Transformation: Assess portfolio company technology landscapes and develop modernization roadmaps (e.g., ERP, CRM, data infrastructure, cloud migration, cybersecurity).
- IT Due Diligence: Support technology diligence during new investments, evaluating IT scalability, security, and integration risks.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance.
- 2-4 years’ total work experience ideally in a top-tier business or operational management consulting firm focused on serving private equity clients.
- Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

COMPENSATION
$200k - $250k total
