Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth of a national capital markets platform
- Increase internal capture and cross-platform collaboration
- Recruit, develop, and retain senior and junior originators
- Expand and strengthen lender and capital provider relationships
- Drive best-in-class execution, underwriting, and deal packaging standards
- Build infrastructure, accountability, and operating discipline to support scale
- Partner closely with executive leadership on growth, performance, and long-term platform development
Qualifications
- Significant experience in debt origination and capital markets leadership
- Track record of building or materially scaling a producer-driven platform
- Proven success recruiting high-performing originators and team leaders
- Deep relationships across banks, life companies, agencies, debt funds, and other institutional capital sources
- Strong commercial instincts, operating discipline, and leadership credibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something meaningful over time
