Major NYC firm - Hybrid position Project Manager to support development projects across the US. Planning, executing and delivering projects on time and within budget. BA degree in IT, Computer science or related field. Minimum 5 yrs plus exp as a Project Mgr. Strong leadership skills. Excellent problem solving. Understanding of telecom services(ISP's, VoIP, POTS). Technical exp and/or knowledge of network technologies, i.e Cisco, cisco meraki, Palo Alto and core networking concepts) Familiar with building systems(cameras, access control, lighting, BMS, DAS etc.) Exp supporting conference room technologies(zoom, teams, webex) Solid understanding of Project mgmt methodologies and tools. Exp managing external consultants and vendors. Familiar with AI tools (eg.,generative AI,automation platforms, data analysis tools) and an understanding of how to apply them in Project mgmt or IT operations. Assist in the development of low voltage design plans to meet project requirements, schedules and budgets. Collaborate with owners and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and specifications. Coordinate integration of building systems(BMS,lighting control, security, AV etc) and telecom systems with vendors.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
