We’re looking for a Senior Certified Professional Coder (CPC) to serve as a coding leader and subject matter expert. In this role, you’ll do more than just code — you’ll analyze new codes, evaluate their impact on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, lead coding audits, mentor others, and partner with Finance, Compliance, and Clinical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Review, assign, and validate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes with precision.
• Analyze new and revised codes from Medicare and state Medicaid and guide implementation.
• Conduct audits, identify risks, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
• Educate providers and staff on documentation and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Clinical Leadership, and IT to drive coding excellence.
• Serve as a go-to expert and mentor for the coding team.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential (additional AAPC certifications a plus).
• 5 years of coding experience, including 2 in a senior/lead role.
• Expertise across multiple specialties.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid coding requirements.
• Proven track record of auditing, provider education, and compliance support.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
