Finance Associate – Management & Business Reporting
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100K–$125K base bonus
A leading global asset manager is seeking an Associate to join its Finance organization focused on AUM, flows, and revenue reporting. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and business analytics, supporting senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting that drives strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain AUM, client flow, and run-rate revenue reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
- Deliver reporting and analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders including investment teams, client coverage, marketing, and compliance
- Provide ad hoc analysis, historical trend reporting, and insights to support business initiatives and client requests
- Develop a strong understanding of AUM methodologies, data sources, and reporting frameworks
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes using technology and data tools
- Partner with technology, operations, and finance teams to improve upstream data quality and reporting efficiency
- Participate in system enhancements, data testing, and process improvements to strengthen reporting capabilities
- Help document and refine reporting processes, controls, and data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, accounting, or data analysis, ideally within asset management or financial services
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, OneStream, etc.) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
