Responsibilities:
- Resolve daily employee relations matters and provide comprehensive HR support.
- Administer core employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and total rewards workflows.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage the accurate tracking of employee leave, attendance records, and general HRIS data entry.
- Maintain and standardize company HR processes, compliance policies, and internal documentation.
- Navigate labor laws and industry-standard regulatory compliance requirements.
- Execute ad-hoc HR initiatives and strategic special projects as required.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across all corporate, operational, and specialized roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to gauge candidate alignment.
- Standardize interview frameworks to ensure fair, objective, and consistent evaluations.
- Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate competitive job offers aligned with current market compensation data.
- Conduct background screenings and reference checks to mitigate hiring risks.
- Oversee the entire onboarding journey from the initial offer through full integration.
- Align with leadership on organizational structure and talent pipeline strategies.
Qualifications:
- Capability of managing day-to-day HR workflows, administrative processes, and employee lifecycle events.
- Strong background in resolving complex employee relations issues and daily workplace inquiries.
- Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory standards.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline building for varied roles.
- Proven ability to support workplace culture initiatives that boost morale and retention.
- Experience maintaining accurate employee records and handling sensitive data with discretion.
