Wealth Management Associate
We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented professional to join a growing wealth management and family office team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing high-touch service and operational support across investment, planning, and administrative needs. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, account requests, and documentation needs.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including data collection, account setup, and expectation management.
- Provide personalized support to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth clients and their families.
- Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and business initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or a family office environment.
- Strong understanding of investment, financial planning, or estate planning concepts.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to work with discretion.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
