Objective:
The VP of Operations drives operational excellence by designing, optimizing, and leading business processes that enable a high-performing culture, digital transformation, outstanding customer satisfaction, and efficient, scalable operations fully aligned with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the overall business goals and drive long-term success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, customer care, finance, and technology to ensure alignment and smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline and scale operations.
- Inventory Optimization: Lead and execute inventory optimization strategies.
- Manage the company’s supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning and allocation.
- Team Leadership & Extreme Ownership: Build and develop a high-performing operations team
- Department Management: Oversee and coach department heads and frontline managers.
- Leverage Technology: Lead change management initiatives to modernize systems and implement new tools, as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and implementing them within the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a senior business operations or operations management role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and using data-driven insights to influence business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and Power BI is a plus.
- Experience implementing defined procedures, policies, and systems.
Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
