What You'll Own
Business Performance
- Take full accountability for the store's financial outcomes, including sales, expense management, payroll, and loss prevention
- Set and pursue ambitious sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Leverage P&L reporting and operational data to make informed business decisions
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through clienteling, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and sustain a high-performing team through proactive recruiting, intentional hiring, and ongoing coaching
- Deliver consistent, real-time feedback and structured performance conversations to keep the team growing
- Create clear development paths and prepare top performers for advancement
- Foster a positive, professional workplace culture where people feel motivated and accountable
Customer Experience
- Champion a service culture that turns shoppers into loyal, long-term clients
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and with genuine care
- Support and promote customer loyalty programs across the team
Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain rigorous standards in inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipping/receiving
- Oversee visual merchandising execution to reflect brand standards
- Ensure accuracy in promotions, markdowns, and POS processes
- Uphold all compliance requirements - company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations
