Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service personal lines insurance products, including auto and homeowners policies
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Provide quotes, explain policy details, and close sales
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- 1–3 years of insurance sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
