We are hiring a hands-on PPC Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, performance-driven team.
This role is for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and scale paid campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes — not someone who simply manages ads.
We are looking for a true performance marketer / paid media operator with strong experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion strategy, and scaling profitable acquisition channels.
Experience in health insurance / U65 is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Own, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and related paid channels
- Drive high-quality inbound lead generation while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROI goals
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and landing pages
- Manage campaign execution from strategy through optimization, reporting, and scaling
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion performance, and acquisition efficiency
- Scale campaigns responsibly while maintaining performance benchmarks
- Proven hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience with ownership of campaign performance
- Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns focused on CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion optimization, and scalable growth
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads required
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, audience targeting, landing pages, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, high-accountability environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, informed optimization decisions
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets and scaling campaigns strongly preferred
- Health insurance / U65 experience preferred but not required
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $140,000
- Performance-based commission with strong upside
- Realistic earning potential: $160,000 – $200,000 based on performance
