Physician Assistant/APRN
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! We are looking for a professional who understands the value of compassionate service. You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administer injections and other medical procedures
- Assess patient health through interviews and comprehensive physical examinations
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Order appropriate and necessary diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers, Management Staff, and Physicians
Ideally, candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of electronic medical records and the ability to provide excellent patient care, as well as the ability to assist with a broad spectrum of patients. Bilingual candidates are always a plus.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in Pain Management preferred
- Valid and active CT State PA or APRN License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
