We are a high-end, modern private dental practice in Santee seeking an exceptional part-time Dental Assistant to join our growing surgical and restorative team. This position is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented assistant who thrives in advanced dentistry and takes pride in delivering elevated patient care. We are ideally looking for someone Monday-Thursday.
Our practice focuses on implant surgery, sedation dentistry, and full-arch reconstruction along with restorative dentistry supported by state-of-the-art technology in a newly remodeled, modern office. We are looking for a reliable, patient-centered assistant with strong clinical skills, excellent chairside presence, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed for lunch from 1-2pm)
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience in a private practice
- Eaglesoft experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgical needs
- Calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Required Certifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- X-Ray Certification
- Coronal Polishing
Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)
- Assisting with implant surgery and IV/oral sedation
- Full-arch cases including All-on-4 temporaries and full-arch reconstruction
- iTero digital scanning
- 3D printing
- Experience with advanced restorative and prosthodontic workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Provide precise chairside assistance during surgical, implant, and restorative procedures
- Set up and break down surgical cases following strict sterilization protocols
- Assist with digital workflows, including 3D scanning and fabrication
- Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Communicate confidently with patients regarding procedures and post-operative care
- Support efficient clinical flow through teamwork, preparation, and professionalism
