Our Entry Level Account Manager will:
- As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will represent our AT&T’s products and services while engaging with customers in person and establishing lasting relationships
- Our Entry Level Account Managers will become experts on all AT&T products and services to effectively communicate, be able to answer all customer questions, and ensure trust to boost sales revenue
- Participate in hands-on training sessions focused on leadership and professional sales skills needed in the telecommunications sector
- Working with other members of the Sales & Customer Service team to share tips and develop strategic customer service and sales approaches to drive business growth
- Attending daily team meetings where you collaborate to set goals and standards
- As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be expected to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
What we look for in an Entry Level Account Manager:
- No experience is necessary – however, experience e in customer service, restaurant industry, sales, or business development is a plus
