Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced detail-orientated and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations for our office in Linden, NJ.
Office Administrator is responsible for order processing, billing, answering incoming calls, and resolving shipping-related issues. The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks accounting software.
Office Administrator Key Duties
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage billing, invoices, and customer payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer support.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records and support general office administration tasks.
- Assit with other administrative duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Office Administrator Qualification
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with order processing and accounts receivable.
- Familiar with shipping logistics and vendor coordination.
- Bookkeeping experience required
