SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Manager directs and manages recruitment efforts for the Colville Tribal Health Care Authority (CTHCA) and is responsible for developing effective strategies to attract and hire qualified team members. This position oversees the full recruitment process from sourcing and requisition through selection and onboarding while ensuring efficient, competitive, and compliant recruiting strategies. This position requires an outgoing, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates a high degree of accuracy, remains focused and on track while managing competing priorities, thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment, and consistently communicates with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible related experience as determined by CTHCA may be considered.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Demonstrated experience developing or improving recruitment processes and procedures.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems or Human Resources Information Systems.
- Must submit to and successfully clear an extensive criminal background inquiry (tribal, state, financial) and maintain clearance throughout employment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the Colville Indian Reservation and, as required, out of town and out of state.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and outside regular business hours as required.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.
TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED.
If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment
