Offset Press Operator:Position Overview: The Offset Press Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient operation and changeover of a large-format offset printing press. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent print quality while meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Qualifications & Skills:3 years of experience operating a wide-web or large-format offset printing press (preferably Heidelberg, sheet-fed, multi-color). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong leadership qualities, initiative, and a team-focused mindset. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability. Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with extended periods of standing. Frequent lifting of materials up to 15 lbs to waist level; occasional lifting up to chest level. No overhead lifting required; heavier loads require team lift or mechanical assistance. Mandatory PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, gloves, hair nets, and beard nets.
