Salary Range: $60,120.27 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule: 6 Day Work Week (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all warehouse operations and procedures are followed safely, efficiently, and consistently. Recommend improvements to standardized processes within your area.
• Lead and guide warehouse associates in daily operations, driving productivity, safety, quality, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Monitor dock operations, material flow, and equipment performance to maintain accuracy and service standards.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues within the warehouse.
• Maintain a strong safety culture on the warehouse floor by instilling a “safety first” mindset across the team.
• Oversee warehouse schedules to ensure shifts are adequately staffed and meet demand.
• Assign daily tasks, adjust resources as needed, and ensure smooth operations across work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor in compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of 5–10 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 5 years of inventory control or material handling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of safe forklift operation.
• Strong floor presence with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse up to 70% of the day, including stairs.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60–80 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cold environments down to -30°F (if applicable to role).
