Conewago is seeking Entry Level Steel Fabricators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a future tradesman to learn how to become an experienced fabricator who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and working with a team that values safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform cutting, fitting, welding, and finishing of steel parts.
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eagerness to become an asset to the team in structural steel fabrication.
- Willingness to learn, read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
