What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance position at ConEquip Parts & Equipment, LLC?
ConEquip Parts is growing—and we're looking for a strategic, analytical, and business-minded Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting financial data to business strategy, partnering with leaders across the organization, and helping drive smart, profitable decisions.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of a rapidly growing, multi-entity business. From leading budgeting and forecasting to developing executive reporting and financial models, you'll provide the insights leadership needs to make informed decisions and support continued growth.
This is not a traditional accounting role. This is a highly visible finance leadership position focused on business partnership, strategic planning, financial analysis, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the CFO and department leaders to improve financial visibility, strengthen reporting processes, evaluate opportunities, and build the finance infrastructure needed to support the next stage of ConEquip's growth.
Who You Are
You're naturally curious, analytical, and always looking beyond the numbers to understand what drives business performance. You enjoy solving complex problems, building financial models, and turning data into actionable recommendations that help leaders make better decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities evolve, and you're comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day financial planning. You communicate financial information in a way that's easy for non-financial leaders to understand, and you enjoy collaborating across departments to improve processes, increase accountability, and support company goals.
Most importantly, you don't just report financial results—you help shape them.
