Job Description

ConEquip Parts is growing—and we’re looking for detail-oriented, high-energy Customer Success Representatives to join our Sanborn, NY team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, follow-through, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing customer communication, providing consistent invoice updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re organized, proactive, and fast on the computer, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end communication to customers regarding invoice status, ensuring transparency from start to finish
  • Execute daily outbound follow-ups via phone, text, and email to maintain engagement and meet activity goals
  • Partner closely with Part Specialists to communicate updates and resolve any customer issues quickly
  • Complete assigned outbound calls and follow-ups to support the sales process and customer experience
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotes to support team goals
  • Manage a high volume of daily activities across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or a high-volume communication role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens, systems, and tools simultaneously
  • Experience in parts, logistics, or a sales support environment is a plus
