ConEquip Parts is growing—and we’re looking for detail-oriented, high-energy Customer Success Representatives to join our Sanborn, NY team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, follow-through, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing customer communication, providing consistent invoice updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Core Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end communication to customers regarding invoice status, ensuring transparency from start to finish
- Execute daily outbound follow-ups via phone, text, and email to maintain engagement and meet activity goals
- Partner closely with Part Specialists to communicate updates and resolve any customer issues quickly
- Complete assigned outbound calls and follow-ups to support the sales process and customer experience
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes to support team goals
- Manage a high volume of daily activities across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or a high-volume communication role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate multiple screens, systems, and tools simultaneously
- Experience in parts, logistics, or a sales support environment is a plus
