Our state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based protocols enable us to deliver dialysis services directly at the bedside or in dedicated dialysis treatment areas, minimizing patient transport and maximizing efficiency.
How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Adheres to the 10 Rights of medication administration.Collaborates with physician as part of Interdisciplinary Team. Establishes a collegial and collaborative relationship.
Is knowledgeable regarding patient condition, completes patient assessment, reassessment, and reports changes to the physician.
Reports patient’s status and anticipates situations that prevent/minimize adverse outcomes, promoting patient safety.
Demonstrates annual competencies.
Completes required education and CPR/ACLS. Keeps current with assigned education in online learning management system.
- Completes yearly medication and dysrhythmia examination with a passing score equal to or greater than 84%.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patients, hospital, and employee-related information.
Maintains accountability for practice and compliance to regulations, policy, and procedures.
Attends and participates in a minimum of six staff meetings annually. Reads all staff meeting minutes.
Maintains proficiency in all aspects of Electronic Medical Record /bar code medication administration.
Commits to Service Excellence and Code of Conduct.
Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of patient’s rights and patient responsibilities.
Attends educational sessions as directed by the nurse manager to gain knowledge about new treatment options, procedures, or equipment.
Timely renewal of PA State RN licensure.
Performs 7 moments of hand hygiene.
Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes in workload and emergency situations.
- Keeps up to date with communication in the unit: i.e., reads emails, posted memos, reads staff meeting minutes. Responds consistently to requested read-receipt items sent electronically.
- After completing required education/training/proctoring will be expected to orient and mentor new nurses.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
BSN preferred
Two years of acute care experience or Dialysis experience
Two years of Dialysis experience preferred
BLS/ CPR Certification
Basic Dysrhythmia Course
ACLS current or acquire within 1 year
