We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Install Coordinator to bridge the gap between our sales, installation crews, and customers. You will be responsible for the seamless scheduling and logistical management of installation projects - ensuring every job is stages documented, and completed to our quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own project coordination and issue resolution throughout its entire lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality Control, and other company departments to deliver best in industry customer service and premier product quality
- Identify improvement opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and enhance customer experience
- Be a single point of contact for our customers to provide accurate and timely project status updates to customers
- Schedule installation and repair appointments with internal and external crews
- Ensure material ordering, permits, inspections, and other required project aspects are scheduled or rescheduled based on business and/or customer needs
- Optimize schedule to meet monthly / quarterly revenue targets
- Track and maintain accurate records of all installs and repair jobs
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in installation coordination or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Service Titan a plus
