Rescan Processor
ONSITE – Lexington, KY
Pay: $15.00/hour during training; after training, compensation transitions to a performance-based piece rate (ABC rate), with earning potential based on productivity. This pay rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – Clean Desk
Clean Desk Policy: Employees are required to complete all assigned work and clear their workstation before the end of each shift.
Some overtime may be required, including some Saturdays

You will balance detailed document handling with physically active warehouse tasks, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict quality and turnaround standards.

Requirements
We’re looking for team members who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in both a production and warehouse environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong attention to detail when handling and preparing documents
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 35–45 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, Excel or similar systems)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle (box truck or cargo van; no CDL required)
- Ability to use ladders and move materials safely
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Review pull lists and retrieve documents from storage or designated areas
- Prepare documents for rescanning by correcting physical issues
- Ensure documents meet quality standards before reprocessing
- Log activity, track errors, and follow established workflows
- Assemble and organize document batches for processing
- Transport, stage, and organize boxes within the warehouse
- Dispose of outdated materials according to guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all security procedures
