Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Architect role located in Lubbock, TX. The Healthcare Architect will be responsible for developing innovative architectural design solutions for healthcare facilities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Daily tasks include project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating design solutions and using architectural software (Revit and AutoCAD) for design and planning processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Architectural Design, particularly with healthcare facility projects
- Strong Project Management skills, including scheduling, contract administration and team collaboration
- Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
- State Licensure in Architecture is an asset
- Familiarity with building codes and standards in Texas
- A positive attitude, an ambitious mindset and a willingness to learn!
