Our progressive Architecture Team seeks a talented Healthcare Project Architect to lead projects in the Midland/Odessa, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role.
Project Architects (Healthcare) have a passion for designing Healthcare environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

What You Will Get To Do….
- Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Lead ongoing communication and collaboration with team members in other Firm offices, proactively engaging on a daily basis.
- Concept to complete construction documents
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
- Lead the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…
- Healthcare Design or Planning experience is a must
- Licensed Architect in Texas
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated individual with growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Ability to work through fast paced projects
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
- Independent problem-solving
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
- Collaborate with in house teams across our three offices
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
- Preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
