Security Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Operations Manager to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets and personnel.
• Oversee the operation of surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras, ensuring optimal coverage and prompt response to incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations, ensuring swift and effective communication.
• Manage security personnel, providing training on conflict management, first aid, CPR, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular security audits, patrols, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings thoroughly and recommending corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among staff through ongoing training sessions on conflict management, loss prevention strategies, and emergency procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of surveillance systems such as CCTV.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques and experience handling difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Certifications or training in first aid, CPR, law enforcement procedures, or military service are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with loss prevention practices and security technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with emergency responders, law enforcement agencies, and internal teams.
